My research focuses on the employment of market mechanisms by public actors to accelerate the sustainability transition through EU law:
- EU Trade law: use of the EU Free Trade Agreements with Trade and Sustainable Development chapters for sustainability beyond the EU borders
- EU Public procurement law: use of the public purchasing power by contracting authorities in the EU for circularity
- EU Food law: use of food information to enable sustainable consumption
